Rachel from Bits & Blooms Flower Farm with the Flower Stand during Mother's Day

I'm a Flower Farmer, Mom of Three, and the Person Who's Going to Make Your Online Presence Finally Make Sense.

Hi there! I'm Rachel, and I build profitable websites and marketing tools for flower farmers — because I am one. Bits & Blooms Creative Co. exists for the growers, the market farmers, the wedding florists in the making, the small family-owned businesses, and the moms building something real between harvests. I know your world because I live in it.

Let's Work Together
Freshcoln Farms / Bits & Blooms Flower Farm when it started upon moving in, in 2017

Our home and farm when we bought it back in 2017 — a true blank canvas.

Before there was a business, there was a patch of ground and a decision to start growing again. Farming wasn't new to me — I'd been growing for years under the name Freshcoln Farms, quietly, without knowing "what's next" (while simultaneously raising two under two, a teenager, and a growing egg share CSA).

Before any of it, there were horses.

I've been riding since I was a kid — hunters, jumpers, dressage — and from 2019 to 2024 I stepped back from it almost entirely while my babies were little.

The farm, the flowers, and the horses that started it all.

The farm became the thing that held me during those years, the same way the horses always had. Steady. Grounding. Worth showing up for, even on the hard days. The horses are part of this farm again now, right alongside the flowers, because both of them taught me the same lesson: you can't rush something that's alive and expect it to thrive. You have to just keep showing up.

I tell you this because it matters.

Little girl with Zinnias - Bits & Blooms Flower Farm

Little hands, muddy boots, and the chaos that's part of the story (and the fun).

My kids are growing up on this farm. They've helped start seeds, condition stems, restock the farm stand, and handed bouquets to people who became regulars. The chaos of building a business while raising a family isn't something I work around — it's just life, and it's woven into everything I do.

If you've ever tried to respond to a client email while a kid needs a snack and a flower order needs to go out — I see you. And I built this business specifically for you.

When I'm building your website or writing your marketing strategy, I'm not guessing what your life looks like.

I'm living a version of it. I know what it feels like to have a harvest going sideways and an inbox full of unanswered messages. I know the particular exhaustion of loving something so much that you'll keep showing up for it even when it's hard.

That's the foundation everything I build for you comes from.

Bits & Blooms Flower Farm is a real, working flower farm in Franklinville, New Jersey — and I run it alongside everything else.

The weekly farm stand restocks. The wedding florals. The flower subscriptions. The early mornings and the evening harvests that don't care what's on my calendar.

Growing brought me back to myself in a way I didn't expect.

It gave me something that was mine — something rooted, seasonal, and real. The more I leaned into it, the more I realized I had something to say about what it actually takes to build a flower farm business from the ground up.

Marketing that understands the difference between dahlia season and the dead of January. Someone who has actually done the thing they're being paid to advise on.

Something shifted when I started to grow with intention.

When I stopped treating the flowers like a hobby and started treating them like something worth building. That's what I bring to every project. Not only a background and degree in marketing — though I have that too — but years of farming, selling, showing up, and figuring it out in real time. When I help you build something, I'm building it with the knowledge that it has to actually work for the life you're living.

I do this work because flower farmers deserve better. You deserve better.

For too long, the tools and support available to small farm businesses have been built for someone else. Generic marketing advice. Cookie-cutter websites. Strategies designed for boutiques or restaurants or online brands — not for people who grow things with their hands and sell them right from their farm.

As a flower farmer running a real business with real margins and real seasons, you deserve a website that reflects that and supports you.

That's how Bits & Blooms Creative Co. began.

Not a perfect business plan, just a discovering of fellow flower farmers on social media that were searching for someone. Someone who spoke the same, seasonal language, who understood what they needed to get in front of their audience. A calling.

Ready to build something together?

I have a limited number of spots available for August through November 2026. If you're a flower farmer who's ready to stop DIYing your online presence and start building something that actually works — I'd love to hear about your farm.
