Photography

All farm photographs, lifestyle images, and branded photos published on this Site are the original work of Bits & Blooms Creative Co. or used with explicit permission. These images may not be downloaded, saved, shared, or used in any context without written permission.

Client Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, Bits & Blooms Creative Co. transfers usage rights of agreed-upon deliverables (website design, copy, logo files) to the client for their business use. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of all proprietary processes, frameworks, templates, and underlying systems used in the creation of deliverables.

3. Digital Products

Digital products purchased through our Shop are licensed for the purchaser's personal or business use only.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used to create derivative products for sale.
All sales of digital products are final once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

4. Services

Bits & Blooms Creative Co. provides website design, marketing support, branding, and social media services for flower farms and small businesses. The specific scope, timeline, and investment for each engagement are outlined in a separate written agreement provided before work begins.

All service agreements are governed by the terms of the signed proposal or contract.
Results from our services — including search engine rankings, website traffic, or revenue — are not guaranteed.

5. Payments & Refunds

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your project start date. This retainer reserves your spot in our project calendar and is non-transferable except at our sole discretion. Payment schedules for service projects are outlined in each individual contract.

Bits & Blooms Creative Co. reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule. Digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree that you will not:

Use the Site or its content in any unlawful manner
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
Transmit any unsolicited communications, spam, or harmful code
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
